If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site or application. The materials contained in this website are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Wine Journey's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
1. modify or copy the materials;
2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on Wine Journey's website;

4. Your Health

Use of the Wine Journey app is at your own risk and you have to take your health into consideration before using the application.

In any case a condition for the use of the Wine Journey app is that you need to be in a good general state of health. In the eventuality of you having knowledge of any pre-existing medical conditions we advise you to seek medical advice from a doctor urgently before you start using this application in any capacity. In addition our female boxers should note that pregnant women and breast-feeding mothers should not do the workouts presented in the application.

Wine Journey should not be held responsible if you decide to use the app against or without medical recommendations.

While exercicing, pay attention to your body and general health and do not hesitate to stop at the first sign of problem.

When using additional equipment, like a jump rope, it is your responsibility to ensure that such equipment and tools are in good working condition and installed and/or set up properly. Misuse of such equipment could lead to injury. If you are unsure about the usage and/or maintenance of your equipment, you should not use it.

5. Limitations

In no event shall Wine Journey or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Wine Journey's website, even if Wine Journey or a Wine Journey's authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
